No subscription or apps activated

I have paid first month but still no subs edition or apps incl Netflix are activated.

 

  I have done.all the rigmoral now need sky to actually activate

Can you explain a bit more what your issue is ?

 

Are you saying you have had Sky Glass or Sky Q installed by it isn't working ?
