No q recordings showing on my mobile/ipad

Recently upgraded from sky+ to sky Q but now unable to access q recordings on my phone or iPad via sky go app. I had sky go extra when on sky+ and was able to access planner,  now nothing!

To view your recordings on the Sky Go app you need multiscreen on your account.

 

Sky Go Extra wasn't required to access your planner via the old Sky+ app.

Hi I may have worded it wrong, I can see the recordings but I can see on my mobile/ipad what I have recorded. Any help with this?

Sorry I meant to say I CAN'T see the recordings I have made on my mobile.
