Recently upgraded from sky+ to sky Q but now unable to access q recordings on my phone or iPad via sky go app. I had sky go extra when on sky+ and was able to access planner, now nothing!

Sky Go Extra wasn't required to access your planner via the old Sky+ app.

Hi I may have worded it wrong, I can see the recordings but I can see on my mobile/ipad what I have recorded. Any help with this?

Sorry I meant to say I CAN'T see the recordings I have made on my mobile.
