Hi All,
Dont use Sky Go much, but I am about to go on holiday and want to download so,emcontent for the flight.
I log in to Sky Go, select a film, click download to iPad and I am told I need to add a device PIN. I have followed the instructions and found the page to manage devices but there is no option to manage or add a PIN. I have a feeling this is to do with a previous account. I am definitely logging in to both Sky Go and My Sky with the right credentials.
Any help much appreciated
