Hello there,
I recently had to update the Sky app on my Xbox One. Now it has updated and lets me log in but comes up with an error page saying this account must have a Sky Q multiscreen, glass whole home or go extra subscription to access sky go on this device.
I have a sky go extra account as I have been watching sky on this Xbox for years before. But now after this update it won't let me.
Does anybody have any ideas?

As explained here:
Are you a Sky Q or Sky Glass customer, as Sky Go Extra should work with Sky Q but it will not with Sky Glass as you need the Whole Home package.

@caesarome does this mean that Sky have now changed their service, so that I now have to be a Q or Glass customer to receive Sky Go on my Xbox, when previously that service was already included in my sky go extra package?
