New phone - now cannot watch BBC1 and 2 Live

My other half got a new phone. Previously he could see BBC 1 and 2 on the TV guide section on the Sky Go app but on the new phone they've disappeared. He can record to Sky box but not watch live like he used to. Have tried signing out and back in, deleting app and reinstalling, switching phone off and on but still not working. I've read you need to have multiscreen but we do actually have that.

Any other suggestions please?

He needs to at Home on WiFi to see the BBC channels.

We're both at home now and connected to wifi. I can see them on my phone but he can't on his!

Can he see your Sky recordings via the app? (This is just to confirm his phone is connected to the Sky box).

Good question - recordings seems to have disappeared too!

Has he checked in Settings on the App on his phone to check that connect to  Q box is switched on @buffymad

The Sky Go needs to be connected to the Sky Q box and multiscreen is needed on the account to both see your recordings and for the app to be able to stream the BBC channels from the box itself.

They have QMultiscreen.
