New desktop PC installed Sky Go...no picture only sound

I bought a new HP Desktop and my previous older Windows 10 desktop played Sky Go with no issues. I have installed Sky Go on my new PC and I have sound but no pictures...HELP! It is driving me crazy trying to resolve this issue.
