My xbox has been kicked off sky go account and now wont let me sign back in to it.

My xbox has been kicked off sky go and now won't let me sign back in. When I try to sign in it's telling me to upgrade to whole home when in reality nobody is watching my sky go just now and with sky go your aloud to stream 2 devices at a time with it you only need sky whole home if you wish your sky go to stream 4 devices at a time. The sky go app also let's you register 6 devices at one time and I only have 3 devices with it registered on. I have removed one device just incase this was the issue but its not solved it and now I can't get sky go on my xbox. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app and still not letting me on.

How do I fix this issue?

Games Console use has always needed  Whole Home or Multiscreen or Sky Go Extra, an app update recently patched a loophole that let some people use their Console without one of the required subscriptions

As @Annie+UK indicates, that's correct for computers, phones and tablets, but not for consoles or Apple TV hardware.
