My sky go wont work. Everytime i try watch something it says upgrade package

Recently joined. Waiting Waiting Installation bit was told I could use sky go until then but wont let me watch anything on it

You cannot use a Games Console but other devices should let you use Sky Go whilst you await for your Sky Install

What device are you trying to use Sky Go on and have you set up a Sky ID to log into it with ?
