My sky go is telling me to upgrade my subscription - already subscribed

I already have a sky glass subscription and when I try to watch sky go I get a message telling me to upgrade my subscription.

No I haven't, how do I link them any ideas?

How long have you been a Sky Glass customer ?

Have you left Sky in the past and been away for 18 months or more before returning ?
