My devices have been locked from sky sports
I can't access sky sports on my I phone or I pad. Just signed over to sky stream.

To use the Sky Go app on your iPhone and iPad you have to have the whole home subscription. Do you have that?

@PSC133 don't think so, I have one Stream puck and can use Sky Go quite happily on my laptops and mobile.
I only subscribe to the basic package and sports, nothing more.

Apologies, I stand corrected. Maybe I needed whole home to watch Sky Go on my Apple TV box.

The whole home sub isn't needed to access Sky Go on phones and tablets.
To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
