Every time I put on the details again on the app for the mobile section it states that there is a technical fault. It has been over a week!

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Still a glitch now I've had it on my phone since December but then today the call handler changed something on my account and it worked then he had to put it back in ??
