My app seems to of glitches and I cannot access the piggy bank and satiates that there is a technica

Every time I put on the details again on the app for the mobile section it states that there is a technical fault. It has been over a week!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

I would like to be able to top up my sons sim and cannot

Still a glitch now I've had it on my phone since December but then today the call handler changed something on my account and it worked then he had to put it back in ??
