My Sky won't load on my laptop just comes up saying down loading upgrade then goes off

When i try to open my skygo app on my laptop the window opens for a second and then just closes, i'm on windows 11 and i've tried unistalling and reinstalling and cleaning up my hard drive but nothing seems to be working.
