I downloaded a number of programmes recorded on my Sky Q box to my MacBook to watch whilst on holiday. When I tried to watch them on holiday I got a message that I needed to be connected to my Sky Q box (if I was at home, I wouldn't need to watch on my Mac).
I checked my devices and my Mac is not listed, although my iPad and iPhone are.
Since returning home I have attempted to authorise my Mac without success. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Same problem here; macpro won't connect anymore to the sky q box. can't access the channels I'm paying for and can't access my recordings; Sky unable to help.

I can watch some channels, but only those that don't require a code. It won't accept my code and when I reset it, it still doesn't work.

Do you mean a pin, if the Sky Go app is not connected to a Sky Q box then the pin for it can be reset here:

Thanks for trying to help, I have already changed the PIN many times, but it isn't recognised when I enter it on my Mac in the Sky Go app.
