@Chodley Its a statis IP mate. Most companies runs static IP's so their outward facing IP doesnt change.
Rebooting our router wont solve this..
@Chloe-W22 this isn't a problem on masergys side as its showing us punching out in scotland - which is in the UK and allowed through sky services.
This is a GEO Location database issue on SKy's side..

I know. I've been working for big tech companies for 30 years. I was talking about the suggestion Chloe made to reboot a consumer router to get a new address. It was right below her post, though I didn't quote her.

I had one of our back-end test engineers look into this and it was deemed that the IP data being received to us was indeed incorrect, good news is we can add a temporary fix and the data has been updated behind the scenes. Could you check Sky Go now and let me know if it works?
