Manage my devices on Sky Go is not working
I am unable to manage my devices on SkyGo an error messages keeps coming up. This has been the case since 23/03/2025.
There seems to be an issue with this on all of my devices. Sky Go app is up to date. Tried this on WIFI and mobile data and this is still not working. Also tried this on a laptop. Contacted SKY customer services and reported the issue. Anyone who has any feedback please share. It seems to be an unknown issue with SKY.

I've spoke to Sky and they have made a report this is happening on my laptop and web browser

No it's the one on the app on the settings page manage my devices.

The one via the app is working for me so in the meantime at least you can use the link I posted for you as I take it that it is working for you ?

This link isn't working for me and this say it's restricted so no joy for me. Any other suggestions.

I have viewed my messages and bill and I have nothing outstanding £0 balance? What now it's still not working?

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
