As above, is this every going to be resolved? So many posts on it occurring and not being resolved.
I have downloaded the latest version of the software however when I try and launch the software it immediately opens, the app icon bounces and then it stopped.

Or is there anyone else able to assist at Sky. I have seen other posts where Sky can remote supportly, but I have had no response from Sky regarding my post.
