I have just upgraded my old mac to a new one - which has OS Ventura 13.1.3 - I cannot get Sky Go to launch. I get the updating page then goes to "CONNECTING YOUR APPLICATION We're having problems connecting you. Try Agian (001)".
I have tried all trouble shooting ideas from other chats on Ventura OS, i.e deleting Sky GO, Library files etc etc, and reinstalling - all to no avail.
My Mac has Rosetta app too (i player and what'sapp use this app to run, they are working fine).
As Sky Go is an addition we pay for - would be good to be able to use it.

That's somewhat ambiguous.

Ah ok - well we used to pay £5 extra for it.. ANYWAY, regardless, thanks for your SUPER helpful comment.

Unfortunately, as multiple posts in this forum indicate, the amount Sky charges for Go is directly reflected in the support it gets from within the business.

I wasn't looking for comments on the cost of Sky Go, I was looking for help on how to make it work. Thanks anyway, clearly you can't help with that, otherwise I assume you would have!
