Lost access to Sky Go Extra when upgraded to SkyQ

For many years I had access to Sky Go on my PS4. I upgraded to SkyQ a few months ago and all was working fine, then today it had an error message that I "can't use Sky Go on this device yet."  

Why the sudden change. Unsure if being a Sky VIP Diamond has anythin* to do with it.

With Sky Q do you have a multiscreen sub which you would need if you have a mini box ?

No but it's been working seamlessly for a few months, so why the sudden change?

There has been an update to the app on the PS4 so from here on in you need the correct subscription of at least Sky Go Extra so does this show on your bill here under the TV section:

It no longer shows; but when I discussed this with the upgrade agent I was told my Sky Go access wouldn't be affected. That's not great at all

Im that case you are going to have to call them again as it does appear that while upgrading Sky Go Extra has dropped of your account.

Typical. Shame they don't offer chat via WhatsApp or via the browser anymore, like other companies - can try to resolve whilst working
