Keep getting fault code on my iPad for sky on the go! Fault code 50-9-504.. I have WiFi and have tried resetting. I will cancel the lot if not solved soon

Yes and yes.. Its so annoying as I use the iPad as a tv in my kitchen and can't watch anything recorded.. it's frustrating as only started last Friday. But as someone who suffers from ms I spends a lot of time at home, you want the services you pay for to work.. thanks for the advice anyway, anything is appreciated
