Just taken out multiroom but you have removed my free go extra

I have just subscribed to a multiroom offer but you have also taken away my free multiroom that I got free though vip.

It has probably dropped off your account in error as this does happen when a change is made to the account so if you give Sky a call they will add it back for you or if you prefer we can alert the messaging team on here who will contact you as they can sort this out for you so let us know what you want to do.
