Just taken out broadband and tv with Sky, but no access on sky go?

I have been a sky mobile customer for 2 years, and just took out broadband and tv including sky sports. I am having the following issues: - My sky app only showing mobile account. Below issues are hindered as I have no access to tv and broadband on the mysky app. I presume these need to be linked? - Sky go app says I need to upgrade my subscription, when I should have access on 6 devices - Sky sports app also says I need a subscription when I have one Can someone advise or assist please? Give this a try as it might be that your services (TV and Broadband) need linking to your Sky ID:
