Just switched to sky mobile and I can only watch sky go whilst connected to wifi

I get a 17c.2 error message when I try to stream sky go on my mobile data! Works fine whilst connected to wifi

Are you using a VPN, if so try disabling it.

Hi no my vpn is turned off!

 

sky go worked fine whilst I was on Tesco mobile but when I switched to sky mobile it stopped working!

Is this on an iphone, if so try switching off private relay in icloud settings. If that doesn't work does changing from 4G to 3G do anything ?

Yes iPhone 16 pro max.

 

i tried turning off the relay and that didn't work!

 

not sure how to switch from 4g to 3g?

Settings > Mobile service > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data.

I only have the option of 5g or 4g!

I switched it to 4g and get a message of there is a problem with the sky go app when I try to watch sky go!
