I get a 17c.2 error message when I try to stream sky go on my mobile data! Works fine whilst connected to wifi

Hi no my vpn is turned off!
sky go worked fine whilst I was on Tesco mobile but when I switched to sky mobile it stopped working!

Yes iPhone 16 pro max.
i tried turning off the relay and that didn't work!
not sure how to switch from 4g to 3g?

Settings > Mobile service > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data.

I only have the option of 5g or 4g!
I switched it to 4g and get a message of there is a problem with the sky go app when I try to watch sky go!
