Having just returned to sky Q from glass, we seem to have lost the ability to record future programmes directly from our phones on the sky go app. The sky website seems to imply you need multi room subscription to access it, but we always used to be able to do it, and never had multi screen. It's one of a number of reasons we went back to Q!!

No problem watching from phones, just don't have the record option anymore.

The TV guide only gives us the option to watch, but no option to record!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAt the top of the TV Guide should be an option to "Record to the Sky box" so it needs to be selected. If you can't see it then try deleting the app, rebooting the device then installing the app again.

I'm also facing the exact same issue, the option to record on q box is completely missing. I've deleted the app, rebooted my tablet & the Q box but no joy.
