Ive a complete package but i cannot use skyg as it says upgrade subscription package!
I changed my mobile phone and now I cannot watch tv on skygo. its saying upgrade subscription but I was watching on my old phone

If you can't watch anything then are you signed in with the correct Sky ID and password ?
