Issue with sky sports live not working on my iPad

For the Last week have been unable to watch football games on my iPad.

tells me to download app, ido again and just go,round in circles.

If you are a Sky Tv customer with the sports packge on your account then you can use either the Sky Sports app or the Sky Go one so have you tried both of these ?

thanks for reply, have tried going through my sky sports app as usual but it doesn't load and tells me to download the app again, which I've done, with no luck.

What OS is your iPad running ?

This can be found via General > About > version.

Thanks for your help, it is working on Sky go.

Strange it stopped on sky sports.

I was told it was an issue between sky and apple.  I'm trying to find out if it's fixed as I want to watch the golf!  Such a pain

What is the issue as you haven't said what is happening ?

It tells you that you can't view, Sky Techs know about it but can't get an answer to say when it'll be fixed

Having the same issue? Asked to down load the Sky Sports app, which then tells you to download a file Mac/PC when done the file say open but it actually wants you to save it?

Have you installed it via that small link, if you have select the channel you want to view here then it should load up:

That small link provides a File that says OPEN but only wants to download which will not open after the download?

The desktop player can only be installed on a PC/<ac so what device are you trying to install it on as it looks like an Apple device then if so I don't believe you can get it installed on this.

If you can't access Sky Go then there is the Sky Sports app that might work for you.
