Ipad/ iPhone don’t show Sky Q recordings

No recordings appear in Sky Go on my iPad or iPhone. Considering closing account after 22 years. Not good enough.

Hi @Display+name1 recordings only show in Sky Go when you are on the same network as your Sky Q box.

If you want to watch recordings that are on you Sky Q box you have to download them before you leave home.

If you are at home make sure the connect to Sky Q box is toggled on in settings in the Sky Go app.

You also need a multiscreen sub on your account before being able to view your recordings on your devices when at home.
