We have tnt sports which we purchase through sky (not through BT) it shows up on the app as having it as well.
But when I try to watch tonight the City game tonight on tnt sports thru sky go app it just tells me i need to go on the app and upgrade my subscription.
when i then go back to the sky app to do that there isnt anything to upgrade as I have it already! Going round in circles here and its annoying!

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
