I've always been able to downloads movies and tv shows to my iPhone through skygo, but since "upgrading " to sky glass I can't do that anymore. Any advice gratefully received as me, wife and Kids really frustrated.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Thanks for your help on this - it turns out that because Sky had to set up 2 accounts with different email adressses to complete my Sky Glass order (an ordeal so tortuous I will probably end my relationship with Sky at the next oppoetuity) Skygo didn't recognise my account. I had to get a very helpful chap to update my contact details so all accounts have the same email address and I'm back in business.
