I keep being told i need to setup a device pin to watch sky go app on my mobile

I have all parental controls turned off except for purchases setup on my Sky Glass 2 TV, but now and again, when trying to watch 'The Simpsons' on the Sky Go app during the day, I get the message, "It appears you don't have a PIN set up"

 

I have followed the (very basic) instructions, and when going to my phone, there is no option to add/set up a PIN at all for my phone
