I just signed up to sky stream and sky go won't work

I'm getting error codes on screen when try to use sky go. I only signed up to sky stream im still waiting on my stream Puck and broadband but they said il be able to use sky go from today and it ain't working. What do I do?

What device are you trying to use Sky Go on ?

And by "not working" what is happening, so for example do you see an error messages ?

Hi I tried on my phone and laptop using the sky go app and it saying there

is a problem connecting to the sky go network please try again later and to contact customer service if this is displayed again and has an error code too  1-01. I have tried all day and it says the same thing. I tried ringing sky but it taking ages to get through and then the phone call disconnected.

Did you place your Sky Stream order today because if you did I would see if it works for you tomorrow as it can take up to 24 hours for new accounts such as yours to register.

Yes this morning I placed the order no problem I will keep trying thanks.
