I have sky Q, for years and have sky go extra and now stopped working on ps5.

I have sky Q and have had this for years along with sky go extra it has always worked on my ps5 however has now just stopped working and asking for sky glass or sky go extra which I already have it's correct username and password as it's working on my tablet and mobile, how do I resolve this please

Have you made any changes recently to your Sky Q TV package like cancelling multiscreen for example ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
