I have multiroom but skygo cant find my q box recordings

I have Sky Multiroom.

My Sky Go App can't find the Qbox even though they are on the same WiFi. All other features work but can't access recordings from my Q box.

Any suggestions?

Have you made sure the option is turned on in settings on both your Sky Q box and the settings via the Sky Go app itself ?

Yes the option is switched on fir both.

When you are not using it then try rebooting your Sky Q box and the device you have the Sky Go app installed on.

Dear @caesarome, unfortunately the connection was lost immediately and the device now can't find the q box again.
