It only shows certain channels on the PS4 but if I watch sky go on my mobile I can see and watch all my channels in my package but on the PS4 not all the channels are there

When you say they are not there do you mean these channels just do not appear in the TV Guide ?

All I can suggest it to reboot your PS4 if you are yet to do this.
