I have Netflix premium. Works ok on the TV but on phone or iPad it no longer works. And tells. Me I don't even have an account. Witch I obviously do. So can't watch it unless it's downstairs.
and I should be able to watch it on 4 different devices

Which Sky TV service do you have? Sky Q/Glass/Stream? Do you pay for Netflix Premium via Sky?
All you need to do is log in to the Netflix app on your phone or iPad using the same username/email address and password you used when you setup the Netflix account in the first place.
You can check which email address you used by opening the Netflix app on your TV, navigate to the get help menu and select Member. It will list your account email address.
Try logging in to the Netflix website using these credentials and check your account.

I have sky Stream. I pay for Netflix though Sky and have done for over a year now. I have tried every way possible to log into it but it tells me I don't have an account. But I can reopen my old account that I stoped when I went through Sky. I am still paying for it and I can watch it through Sky just not on iPads phone or laptop.

What account are you using because if you were away from Sky for 18 months or more you would need to setup a new one to use with your online Sky services.
If you are using that then try this to link everything to your Sky ID:

I have just been to the get help bit on Netflix and the email address it says I'm using isn't mine and never has been. Can I change it?? Or do I have to contact Sky or Netflix??

If that email address doesn't belong to you or anyone in your family then you'd best contact Sky to get it unlinked from your account. It's possible that the puck that was sent out to you was second hand and not fully factory reset beforehand. It's perhaps someone else's account which is still active on there.

Now you have said that I don't know. As according to the help bit of Netflix the email is not one that I have ever had. And I haven't started my old account either. And I'm still paying sky for Netflix. 18 months isn't until September.
