I have Error code PFE 5000 when trying to watch a program download to me MacBook Air whilst on holid
I downloaded a number of recorded programs from my Sky Q box to watch whilst on holiday in Turkey, but none of them will play even though they have been properly downloaded. Each time I try to start one I get error code 5000
