I can’t log in to sky go on a PlayStation 5

I use to be able to log into sky go on my PlayStation 5 and now it says I can't

@Annie+UK i am having the same issue too. I have 2 devices registered and I have sky go extra which allows consoles, but my PlayStation 5 says 'you can't use sky go on this device yet. You'll need a multi screen, sky glass whole home or sky go extra subscription to access sky go on this device.

as I have sky go extra I would expect this to work and in the past it has done. Any ideas?
