How to download recorded programs from Q box to Macbook with Sky Go app ?

I have Sky Q multiroom, also the Sky Go app on Macbook (not a tablet or phone !)

When I view my recordings from the Q box on Sky Go, I see most of my recordings don't have the "download to computer" option, only a few of them do.

Any reason why ? Happy to provide more info.

This is usually the cae if Sky hasn't the rights allowing them to be shown anywhere but the Sky box so they can not be transfered to an app like Sky Go.

Makes sense, would make viewer's life easier if Sky flagged such programs clearly.

I can't even download recordings of F1 from skyf1 surely sky have the rights for that. I used to be able to download afew weeks ago but not anymore
