Have used sky go for years on my iPad. Now have an error message telling me 50-7 anyone else?

Using sky Go on my iPad. Trying to watch a recording. Now have an error message saying I might need to update my subscription but have checked and I don't. error message 50-7. Anyone else had the same problem?

What vintage is the tablet?  The oldest Go now supports is iOS 13

I'm having the same issue on my iPhone. I'm trying to watch the SkySports F1 show which is recorded to my SkyQ box.

 

i managed to watch the first 10 minutes before error code 50-7 appeared saying I'm not able to watch this show. Now it repeats the same error message after 5 seconds everytime I try to watch it. 

I have the full skysports HD subscription including the F1 channel.

Do you also have a multiscreen subscription as this is required to watch recordings back via the Sky Go app.

Hello, yes I do. I have had this for years and had no problem watching on sky go until today. It worked fine two days ago.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:
