It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

i was promised phone call today that my problem would be fixed and i have not heard anything ??? can anyone from sky help as this has been going on too long i had talked to someone on here at weekend they told me to wait till today then put this on so sky can contact me 😞

Sky go playing up on my xbox x since yesterday tried taking Sky go out reinstalling but no good I get as far as the channels but when I try to play a channel a black box appears with a white circle in middle going round then says sorry the selected video can not be played try again later then error code 016919dd . The only channel i can recieve is sky news . Was on to Sky for over 6 hours spoke to 22 different people who could not help and never heard of code at my wits end and just kept passing me round different Sky departments 25 years loyalty and treated this way if not sorted in next few days I am leaving sky please someone must know the answer and meaning of code ??
