I was on the phone to SKY's tech dept today for 55 mins and they couldn't resolve it

It seems that every time we phone sky they just go over the basic checks and then say it's a problem they are aware of.
But surely by now Sky should have come out and said what is happening and given a timescale for it being fixed..

Finally fixed. Don't know how but all of Sky Go finally working. Been trying on and off past few days. Uninstalled and reinstalled app tonight and all OK.

Sky have finally fixed the issue , no idea what was wrong but it's working this morning

Sky go and my sky working now.
Thanks to you all for help and support.
Sky obviously fixed problem, well done, but they also need to fix their communication with customers to stop this unnecessary frustration.
One simple reply on this site of " we know of this problem and are working on it " would have done.
