I'm told it's a known issue and the relevant department is working on a fix. 

But no timescale given

Sport subscription not showing on sky go

I have taken out a Sky Sports plus subscription but it won't play,  says I have to upgrade my subscription? Any tips please?

I'd love to see this formally addressed, I missed premier league matches I wanted to watch over the weekend. A service I pay for!

I don't blame you.

I only joined last Wednesday and I'm already frustrated with them. 

Sky go won't even work on my Son's PS5 

It says i need whole home which I have.

I would have thought Sky technical team would have come up with a fix by now.

Sky go was one of the advantages of joining Sky tv.

Having the same isssue here too...... just added sky cinema to our sky stream package ... works on the tv from the puck, but not on skygo .... help please!

Sky go won’t work with new channels I upgraded to.

Hi there,

 

I recently upgraded from one sport packs to full sky sports. However the new channels will not play on sky go which is very frustrating. 

I have had numerous phones calls to skys and endless wasted hours on the phone trying to resolve this matter and still no solution. 

I have tried uninstalling apps and turning box on and off, relinking sky id, having all the packages removed and then added back on,  refreshing settings on sky, re-pairing viewing card, software updates, sky sports app, sky engineer been out and said it is a viewing card/subscription issue, raising customer resolution forms etc and more things that I probably can't remember! 

The sky go app still plays the original one channel pack but not the others. Also added sky cinema and same problem with that. 

I feel I am going round in circles and every time I ring sky, it all starts again. I am also paying for something I'm not getting so doubly annoying!

 

Any ideas would be gratefully received please.

Sky Sports asking me to update subscription on Sky Go App

I have the Sky Go App and it works fine.  We have recently added Sky Sports to our contract and we can view Sky Sports on the TV no problem at all.  However, I cannot view Sky Sports on the Sky Go App, it says 'please upgrade your subscription'.  I have deleted the SkyGo App and reinstalled it but that did not make any difference.  Any ideas why we cannot watch Sky Sports on the the SkyGo App?
