I've got the same issue I've been on the phone to sky most of the day yesterday but still not fixed

@Bs199213 @Sarah409  Can you confirm it's sky sports you have issues with and not TNT sports

Just sky sports. Can view it on my Sky Q, but not working on either the Sky Sports app or the Sky Go app

Sky Go please upgrade subscription

Hi,

I can't get sky go to work on my android phone or my Son's iPhone or PS5

I get the following message.

My two Sky stream pucks work fine in the house and the channels I try on sky go are channels I subscribe too.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

New sky go acount

Hi I switched from sky Q to stream yesterday. When I try to watch anything on sky go it says please upgrade your subscription to channels I subscribe to. I phoned Sky and the man said because I've only got 1 sky puck it won't work because I have to have the whole home package? Is this correct because when I had 1 sky Q box I could watch sky go thanks

Hi can't answer your query but I've just changed and have exactly the same problem. Spent half an hour on phone to a foreign call centre got passed from one dept to another and no one had a clue what to do. So I'm left without sky go access. Appalling service. I might just cancel the

Same with me, im subscribed to sports but doesnt let me watch ?

 

Hoping some one has soulution - tried logging out and in again and re-installing app.

Have exactly the same issue. Have raised it with the support team today and they were clueless. 'Should be working' was the technical outcome.

Pleased I'm not the only one.

But it's very frustrating that sky go doesn't work. 

I only joined Sky on Wednesday.
