Getting this message when trying to watch Sky Cinema on Sky Go. Same on any device. I can watch my Sky Sports and other stuff just fine. And Sky Cinema works on my Sky Glass. It's only via Sky Go that it doesn't.

I became a Sky Stream Customer nearly a week ago. I still can use Sky Go. When I try to view anything a message pops up telling me I need to upgrade to use this service. How can I fix this???

I upgraded my sky package to include sky sports and TNT. I can access these channels in TV but not on skygo. I tried uninstalling the app and installing it again but without success. Any thoughts???

sky go not working on any device, can log on and view but the only station that works is bbc

Hi I have just taken out a sky tv and broadband subscription on Saturday 18th January 25. Have linked my id email to account. Can log into my sky ap and sky go. In sky go i can watch certain streams but cannot get any live tv . Was told i could watch all my channels on sky go e.g sky sports , tnt sports until my hardware arrives on 30th. Thanks for any help you can give

your not alone seems there is an issue with Sky go , the odd chanel may work but largely its a no show. Sorry I cant assist.
