Hi
Been having consistent problems with the Sky Go app on my Fire HD 10 - for a while now, about once a month it stops working due to "a technical issue". Each time this has happened I've simply uninstalled the app, rebooted and reinstalled which has fixed things. Same thing happened yesterday and despite it having uninstalled, if I go to the appstore it suggests I "open" rather than "get" the app, suggesting it thinks it's still there. So I end up being neither able to open or reinstall the app. Any ideas how I might be able to fix this? Suspect the tablet might be buggered, but don't want to fork out for a new one if I can help it. Many thanks for any advice you can give.
