Just tried on my Xbox Series X and it is working fine
When you say you "rebooted" did you reboot the router as well?
Is your Xbox NAT open? if not then make your Xbox the DMZ on your router

tes and tried hdmi cable swap sky dont know spoje to 43 different people over last week

In the Xbox network settings on the right of the screen is shows yoy NAT Type
There is also a Test NAT Type option if it is showing anything other than Open

Router = Broadband Router
DMZ allows a single device to sometimes work better through remote firewalls, this has a minor risk involved so I'd suggest you google for more details
I find DMZ in the advanced firewall settings on my BT Smart hub, you'll need to google to find instructions for your router

- I will try the NAT type and check if it says open if not what do I do put it to open ? Sorry its my sons and I'm not technically minded

I cannot explain without being technical
I set my XBox seiries X to DMZ and port forward using the ports here: https://annieuk.ddns.net/gaming#port_forwarding
If an Xbox does not have NAT Type Open then it has a more restricted networking access

016919dd still no help 2 weeks later
i was promised phone call today that my problem would be fixed and i have not heard anything ??? can anyone from sky help as this has been going on too long i had talked to someone on here at weekend they told me to wait till today then put this on so sky can contact me

Sky go playing up on my xbox x since yesterday tried taking Sky go out reinstalling but no good I get as far as the channels but when I try to play a channel a black box appears with a white circle in middle going round then says sorry the selected video can not be played try again later then error code 016919dd . The only channel i can recieve is sky news . Was on to Sky for over 6 hours spoke to 22 different people who could not help and never heard of code at my wits end and just kept passing me round different Sky departments 25 years loyalty and treated this way if not sorted in next few days I am leaving sky please someone must know the answer and meaning of code ??
