Actually it's 1413 code when trying to play sports and 1313 when trying cinema

Code 1413 update, I am now 4 weeks in to this and as requested I now have SKY Q, It didnt fix the problem. After 3 more calls to Sky and repeating the problem to at least 10 people and been told each time a ticket will be raised to the mystical APPS team and waiting the alloted number of days Ihave managed to contact the Customer priortiy team who say they will raise another ticket and get back to me on Tuesday. I will wait and see.

Thanks for your reply.  I think Mum's on call no 7 & 3 weeks in.  She has had Sky Q  for a fair few years.  Good luck with it and keep us updated.  I would really appreciate this!

Another update.  I phones the "Customer Priority Team"  and I am now told that there is a known Fault in the Sky Go App / system and the team are working on this but it will not be fixed untill the next update ( no time scale given ) I asked why this infomation has not been made public at least to all the peaple who have put requests for help on there own forum pages. I tell them that I would post this infomation on here and there was not asked not to. I now have to wait until next week for a call back .

I've experienced error code 1413-IH since 3rd September, been given the complete runaround by the call centre staff none of which seem to know whats causing the issue, Ive been asked to delete0 then reinstall the app on all my devices 3 times, changed my email, attempted to remove devices in settings which i or Sky can't do and in settings it clearly shows i was lasdt able to access ASky go pn 3rd September 2025 whcjh is'nt stricly true as when i now access sky go I can watcg BBC, 1 and 2, ITV 1 with no issue, channels like Discovery, Quest etc I can only watch on plus 1 channels but I can't access any sky channels unlrss they're among the highlighted channels on the sky go home page.

Im over 8 hours of telephone calls into this now, has anyone actually been advised what the issue is?.

Just spent another hour on the phone with the call centre explaining everything again, was then apparently passed to the technical team, explained everything again, put on hold a couple of times then advised it was the first time they had heard of this issue.

Getting the feeling I'm wastin g my time now, anyone else know whetfre to go afterr 10 weeks of this

Same issue for me. This seemed to start when Microsoft had DNS issues. Related?

I too have the error message 1413 on my SkyGo...4 weeks in now and no resolution to the problem

I have the same issue on all devices. I've called 4 times to sort and got nowhere. They tell me to do the same things over and over and it doesnt fix it. 

I hate that sky has the monopoly its such a rubbish platform

Is it worth trying to contact SKY? This has happened in the last 7 days I think - maybe longer as we do not use Sky Go that often.

Co-incidentally, using my SKYID through a browser and going to manage my devices, I cannot remove or rename SkyGo devices nor interestingly change my password. This is a problem at the server end and possibly not with the app itself. Either way Sky need to extract their digit asap.

Sky Go not working error 1413

Still waiting for a call back about my sky go not working! This has been going on for weeks/months now !!!

Anyone got the problem resolved ??

I phoned Sky support again today for an update on the 1413 errors and I was just passed from team to team so I eneded up haveing to give my details 7 times to various Team members over a 1 hour call. The last team member then spoke to the magical Sky go app team and was confident that they would fix the issue by removing all the devices on my account, they said I would be called back in 10 mins with every thing sorted. I waited 30 mins with no call back but then had to go out. Now 2 hours later the devices are still on my account and no message on the answer phone.

These error messages mean that the "system" believes that you, as identified by your user name, do not have the appropriate subscription to view the selected content. This is not the application itself but an issue at Sky's end. It can happen for no reason regardless of any changes you have made - IF ANY.

I knew that there was something wrong when I could not rename or delete devices on the Sky Go page. Check if this is happening.

This problem has to be corrected by Sky engineers in the UK and in my case scheduled in their workload. I got this done by messaging Sky Help Team on their Facebook page. Make it clear that it is not a problem at your end but a permissions error at Sky, something that they do know about. This will save you calls to their overseas call centre, hours of your time and get it raised as an issue. They may ask if you have done this or that and you may need to play along with them if you haven't but from their viewpopint I can understand that they want to eliminate the obvious.
