Error code 50-2 on iPad Pro only, 2 days ago it worked then suddenly stopped..it works on laptop

2 days ago I was able to watch skygo, then suddenly it does not work,  gives error message 50-2, it works on laptop, no issues but not on iPad Pro....this has happened before, it seems every time sky do their updates something happens!!  I have done everything that is suggested and nothing works....

No idea what you have done so have you tried this:

Go to Settings > Sky Go > Location and turn off Precise Location off.

If you use a VPN make sure this is turned off.

Hi, thanks for your response, I have done that and all other suggested things on the forum put forward by other people, it only affects the iPad, I can use my laptop even with vpn with no issues, so specifically it seems whatever sky tend to do on their updates causes these issues on iPad...?
