Error code 1410 on Sky Go

Hi, I'm getting error code 1410 on Sky Go on my Macbook. I've been using the app for years on my Macbook and I've started getting this error seemingly out of the blue.

 

I have the app installed on my Android and works fine. I'm logged into to both with the same account. I signed out and back in just to be sure.

There are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv


So select "Yes I still need help" at the bottom of the page as the options will load after about 5 seconds.
